I ordered products from just4hair.com and the money was taken from my bank account 3 days later. 3 weeks later I hadn't received my order. I checked the status on their website and it said "awaiting processing." The only way to contact them is by email. 3 emails were not responded to.
I eventually found 2 phone numbers by doing research online and one of them was disconnected, and the other was answered with "thanks for calling" and then hung up. Their website claims "quick shipping" "you won't be disappointed" "deliver efficient and immediate customer care to our online buyers" and "unsurpassed customer service". None of them are true.
I didn't receive my order, lost my money, and I will try to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to others.
