Ripoff, fraud, rude, unprofessional, false statements, deaf and dumb, nonexsistent customer service, nonexsistent call backs, ignores order status inquirers

I placed an order using one of their online order forms and a money order with shipping and insurance included. I was to receive a confirmation email and order number upon receipt of my order. If i hadn't heard from them in a reasonable amount of time i was supposed to contact customer service. I hadn't heard from them in three weeks so i tried to contact them emailing support and customer service and calling the toll free phone number, which hasn't worked for two weeks. They refuse to call me or email me back. I just wanted to know if they received my order and payment but no answer at all. They tell you how to contact them on their website, which is advertised everywhere, but refuse to assist their customers when you need them. This was to be a gift for my sons birthday and it is just unbeleivable that they can't and won't take the time to help one of their customers.
