I called many times to verify any trials I was signed up for were cancelled. I was assured they were. The customer service reps searched by my name and address to verify everything was cancelled. I even called back after I received another bottle in the mail. I was told it was sent by accident and once again everything was cancelled like I previously requested.
Today I noticed a charge on my credit card for Pure Health Labs. I called them and they told me that I still had an uncancelled trial and she only found it because she searched for my address. This was supposedly already done by the many other customer service reps.
To further the aggravation, she told me I had to call back on Monday next week (this is Wednesday) to speak with a manager. I want a refund. I did everthing I was supposed to do to ensure I would not be charged for these products.
