I attemted and was unable to access the site to read the current newsletter in November. I was unable to resolve issue via email, so I cancelled my subscription on November 7th.
I have been billed $9.95 on my credit card monthy ever since. I contacted ITV in March (for February billing) and told them I cancelled online. I was told they would take care of it, sometimes the cancellations online don't go through. I was told they would reimburse my credit card. I received my credit card bill for March, and the $9.95 charge was on there, again.
