No response to cancellation request ripoff

I bought the book and was signed up for the newsletter. After two issues and realizing it was nothing but hype about Kevin Trudeau I emailed Natural Cures to cancel the newsletter. I received a confirmation email that said it would be processed "shortly". I've sent four emails replying to theirs and still have not been cancelled.

Every month I get billed $5.95 for the newsletter that I'm not even getting now. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the latest charge. They said they would remove the charge and contact the company about it. They gave me a phone number - 00-282-4074 (a company ITV) but when I called it I was put on hold and heard a spiel for another product for over 10 minutes and no one ever took the call.
