I placed a order with them. Was promised delivery 5 to 7 days after my check cleared. Chek was cleared on 4-6

I placed a order with this Co. On 03/31. My invoice # is 34742, My order # is 34211424. I was promised delivery with in 5 to 7 days after my check cleared my bank. The check cleared, & my account was debited on 04/06

As of this date (04/21) I have not received the product I purchased, nor any reply to 5 or 6 e-mails sent to the e-mail address on their confirmation e-mail
