I placed my first and only, online prescription order in my life, from this site over 6 months ago. Unfortunately, I did not realize until this morning that my checking account has been drafted $20.95 every month by this company ever since that time. Talk about an expensive prescription!
I use my bank checking account credit card for all purchases I make and we eat at Long John Silvers quite often. Therefore whenever I saw an entry starting with LSM5, I assumed it was from the restaurant and never made the connection that the amount was always the same until today.
As others have noted, I called the phone number listed on my bank statement and was told that I had signed up for a reoccuring membership fee, but that it would now be cancelled in 5-7 days. This is outrageous! Someone has become very rich with this clever scam, especially from people like me who fail to realize it for so long!
I printed information about this fraud from this site and am taking this to my bank today. I sincerely hope that the tactics suggested on this website will allow me to receive a full refund.
