In December I ordered a prescription from Frontier Pharmacy. They charged me a filling fee of $19.95 and prescription was delievered and charged for $20.00 in Feb. I then noticed that they were charging me $20.95 in Jan and twice in March. I called the 877 number listed on my statement and canceled the charges. This number only lead me to an outsourced customer service center in India.
I then contacted the company - was given yet another 866 number that lead me to another outsourced customer service agent. He was nice but could not see any of the charges or tell me for sure what was going to occur. He requested the refund and gave me a confirmation number. He said that he sends the request to yet another company that is responsible for doing the financial charges for Frontier.
We will see if I actually get a refund - he said to give it 10-15 business days and if I don't get it by 30 to call again. I wish I had read reports on them prior to doing business. I can't believe that companies can just do this! I have my original e-mail confirmations on my prescription - no where does it say they are signing me up for a free 30 day membership and if I don't cancel I will be charge 20.95 per month.
