I visited this web page with the intention of having a prescription filled and made the mistake of giving out my credit card number in the belief that this was a legitimate medical company. They have never filled my request and continue to charge me monthly.
My credit card provider refuses to put a stop to these charges. I called the primary telephone number given on the account which is only a 3rd party collector (1-866-221-5391) They call themselves LSMS and will refer you to Frontier Pharmacy to the 866-385-5090 telephone number.
When I called the 2nd telephone number I was given some misinformation about this so-called client not being listed on their answering service and no human representative is available.
