When I bought my wife a gift certificate for her birthday on May 20 she was pregnant and the lady at the laser center (I believe her name was Casey Sample or something) told me that laser treatments might put the baby on risk, but she confirmed that it may be able to do them after the delivery date, which was actually on Jan 6. So I went ahead and purchased a $1,700.00 gift certificate for my wife and waited. Then my wife tried to schedule her first appointment in February and guess what? They were not longer there!
How could I been so stupid! I should have seen it in her freaking eyes (the lady at the center) and realized that something wrong was going on in their business and by the way she persuade me to buy the certificate later over the phone telling me that it was a great deal and I must take it before it was over. She also told me that she spoke to her manager (which I think it was herself) and agreed on giving me that kind of a deal, a $2,500.00 or $2,700.00 package for the reduced price of $1,700.00.
It was perfectly clear that they needed the money desperately to clean up their poor and lousy finance situation they somehow had got into.
Now we are stuck with a $1,700.00 gift certificate and we have nowhere to go to use it.
I already paid Master Card for the amount of this purchase, but I really hope someday to get my money back and get Justice to send these MFs just right were they belong: the Slammer!
