Southwest Medical supplier of wheelchair products and accesories sponsored by Quickie Wheelchairs. I order a pair of tires from this supplier on Feburary 25, I'm writing this letter on March 19 and still haven't recieved what I ordered.
On March 5, I called this company to check on the status of my delivery. At that time they told me that my order was left on my step. After some research and digging on their behalf they found out my delivery was sent to some address in Coloroda. So, I was told that my delivery would be sent out the next business day.
I recieved the delivery on March 17, which at that time I noticed that Southwest Medical sent me the wrong tires. I advised the company that they sent me the wrong tires (primo 90psi instead of kevlar 60psi) and that I would like the right ones delivered. The sales rep told me that she would let the shipping department know and send me out the right tires.
Southwest medical then sends me an email stating that somehow the tires that they sent me were the correct tire. However, the psi and the brand was different from the psi and brand that I order. So, all I wanted was the right tires delivered out to me so that I could get the ones on my wheelchair replaced. Southwest medical then advised me that I would need to stay home one day (and lose a day a pay) to wait for UPS to return their tires so that I could recieve a refund. I'm very upset with this company and will never deal with Southwest Medical again.
