Consumers Read your Contracts!!! I purchased a membership from this Club and soon after became hurt at work and developed Coplications. I could no longer use the facility. I reported it to the facility and since I only was able to use the facility 2 times. I asked for help to discontinue my membership due to health problems which is outlined in there contract. I followed all there procedures and submitted all the paperwork from Doctors, Specialists and my Job. And was Allowed to freeze my membership but was not given any Refunds at all. I jumped through Hoops to try to supply all they needed and was still denied. I had to talk to several employees before actually talking to management, and was still denied. What a bunch of Garbage, What ever happened to the Customer is always right. They would not budge an inch. Shame on You guys and your procedures. An unhappy Ex Custome
