I ordered this free product trial for 4.95. Then about a month later a charge appeared on my account for 149.95. They then charged my account for 149.95 twice and then reversed one charge because they said it was a mistake. They say it ws in the "terms" porting of the web page, and that I needed to call them within 20 days. I did call them in 20 days and they still charged me so I talked with my credit card company and they reversed the charge. Now the company has turned me into collections and I disputed the charge with them too. They sent me a letter now saying that I am liable for this. I have tried to contact customer service at pure energy products (405-631-2211) and it says they're busy and leave your name and number and they'll call you back and if you hang up and call back it will "further delay your response". I risk this going on my credit report now and I have really good credit. I don't know what to do and now the collections place says I owe $285.00 or so $65.00 in fee's for something and then 219 in past due amounts!
