I recieved their product, tried it and it didn't work.
I returned the product and got an email from them stating Richard recieved it on Aug. 14, it is now Dec. 20 and no refund! That is 130 days.
I have called them, and emailed them, and I get the same answer.
Quote, "We only have one person doing the refunds and she is really backed up."
That is totaly unbelievable.
My next step is to contact the better business bureau in Ontario. I am out of patience, and I need the $90 they owe me. It is Christmas time and the kids need shoes!
