They sold me an outdated "product: for $1000 that does not work and refuse to pay a refund because they say it is past the 7 days allowed for refunds. The problem I have is that I did not recieve the product for 5 days - which, makes the amount of time I have had the product - 5 days. I recieved the product on 6/23 (5 days ago) and can prove it. What they agreed to is not accurate or true and their "product" is an outright rip off.
