I ordered product for $35.14 on Oct 6. It's now Oct 28. I've made multiple inquiries regarding my order but I've had no response from a real person except for the first time. After that all responses have been computer generated.
Each time they promised they'd get back to me with answers to my questions within 24 hours. I finally wrote them and told them it appeared to me they didn't want my business, and to cancel my order. No response from them, of course. My card has been preauthorized, and it's still subject to debit. What do I do now?
