Herbsmd.com false advertising! Ships diff. Product than ordered w/o concern and tells me I am wrong they are right in email

I ordered what herbsmd advertised on their site (herbsmd.com/detail/Planetary-Formulas/1522/Yin-ChiaoEchinacea-Complex.htm)
for the 940mg form of this product and they sent me the 600mg form instead.

And this was their reply: We would like to inform you that we have shipped the same product you ordered.
Really? Since when is 600 the same as 940?

They never mentioned anywhere on the site whether the 940mg was out of stock or not.
