Bottom Line ripoff Bottom Line came to my health club to do a marketing and promotional campaign and left after 10 days

I called Bottom Line asking about their health club marketing services. During the negotiation process a guy named Mike was very nice and polite. He told me why I should choose Bottom Line over other companies. He gave me tons of references (in which I later learned were made up). After signing a 30 day contract they left abruptly after 10 days. They kept all of the money that was generated during these 10 days and ran! I never got a penny of it! When I called, suddenly no one would answer the phones. Finally, after about 2 wks I got a hold of "Mike" and he said his employee got sick (yeah right). I asked him about the money they took and he said they would refund it. Its been over a year and NO REFUND. No one will call me back when I leave messages. Complete Rip OFF!
