ON May, 25 I received several emails informing me that I had won a Walmart gift card. After completed a survey I have to agree to 2 promotion offers. Java trim coffee was one them. It stated on the web site. IF your willing to lose 23 pounds in 12 weeks, we would like you to try Hoodia XPF for free! THE ad instructed
me to click here for a free sample. THE ONLY COST IS 4.87 for shipping and handling.
On May 26, I Checked my account and the 4.87 was deducted from my account, That was fine, I did agree to that charge. May 28, I checked my account again and dicovered that this company had taken out two more charges. One for 69.95 AND 14.95 I could not believe them! I called my bank disputing these charges. I then attempted contact Java trim coffee.
The numbers listed on my banking statements were bogus numbers. I called my BANK back to get a real number for Java trim. It turned out to be an anserwing services.
I LEFT several messages on the answering service stating I never agreed to these charges, this went on for several days!
My calls went un-answered. I NEVER got any e-mails confirmation that they took my money!
I SENT and e-mail to Java trim demanding my money back and that they had ripped me off!
THE following day i receieved and email back from CS@javatrim informing me that it was not the company's fault that people don't read their terms and services. I e-mailed then back that those so-call terms and agrements were not there and i repeatly denied agreeing to those terms. The next e-mail i recieved was copy of their terms and agreements they are a joke I look like they got a monkey to right it up!
I continued to e-mail them about cancelling their services. IT BECAME A E-MAIL battle between this person who I asummed is JAVA TRIM LLP. WE have been e-mailing each other! IT became personal.
ON one emails she sent me telling me "IT was lame people like me that sign up for anything and cry when then they can't have their way, they running to sites like usacomplaints.com COMPLAINING so they can sleep better at night!"
I have the e-mail to prove it.
I informed her that I did not sleep good a night, knowing I have been robbed! I told her that GOD nor the justice system will let them get away with it, and she evil to think she or her company would get away with stealing people money!
SHE E-MAIL ME BACK stating she is evil and thank me for calling her calling her that!
I sent yet another e-mail stating I'll willing to settle this matter in court! HER next e-mail stated she was only doing her job and I keep bring god up in the matter, besides that still was not going to get my money back, and they now will take another fee of 75.00 out of my account to prove they can do it, because I AGREED TO THEIR TERM, and that they have filed a police report
claiming haressment! I thought THAT WAS REALLY FUNNY!
FINALLY today after I screamed lawsuit in my e-mail, A young woman call me this morning asking me what was my problem! Unbelieveable I stating TO HER as I have always stated that I never agree to it.
I got the same reply" yes you did look at the terms, She informed me that if GOD WAS on my side, why do they have my money!
I could laughter in the back ground!
IT TOOK ALL HAD not to give her a few curse words!
THE terms and services wich they think gives them the right to steal folks money contradicts it owns lies, from the first paragraph to the last.
My last stament to them is I would like them to read it themselves.
