I fell for their trap back in January. At that time they hadn't perfected their scam yet. I requested the 'free' sample, then found to my horror a charge for $34.95 on my credit card 3 weeks later. Once I was able to find the terms & conditions, I discovered that if I returned the kit unopened a refund of $34.95 (purchase price - $15.00) would be credited to my account.
I called and cancelled my 'subscription' and requested my refund. They argued, but finally agreed that if I sent the product with delivery confirmation they would give me the refund. I had not yet received the second kit, so according to their terms I was eligible for a refund. I sent the kit back on February 21.
Needless to say, I have still not received the refund. I have called several times. Several weeks ago I was told that the refund would be processed as soon as I hung up. Today I was told that the management has changed, and they no longer give refunds. I'm still waiting to hear back from that new management. This is a disgrace! They did not make the terms evident at the time I requested this sample. I was totally unaware of the coming charges. They should not be allowed to call this a 'free sample'. It's nothing but a scam!
