I ordered the product which was a 7 day free supply for 1.99. I never received the free supply so I called to cancel any further charges or attempts of shipment. Three days after I called to cancel, $97.41 was charged to my card and I cannot get this credited. I never received the product and I just want my money back. I have made several calls and during one call I was offered a chance to receive a credit of $50.00 and keep the product that they had already shipped. Lo and behold, no credit, no product and no satisfaction! When I called today I was give another name which was Nova Pointe, the same California address and a different phone number which no one answers. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am filing a dispute with my credit card company next.
