I too have been ripped off by these things Jan debited my check card for $6.95 I called and e-mailed them to cancel within the 14 days free trial never did receive the free trial.
May they debited my account for $99.90 mind you 5 months later. I called them and told them that I had cancelled it way back in Jan. They told me they never received the cancelation I also told I never received the free product they told me that I had to as the shipped it to me. I also asked them if it was autoshipping and billing why after 5 months were they billing me now they told me it was because of refusal to pay, DUH!!! Then way try after 5 months past?
I told them to give me my money back and they refused. So I immediately went to my bank and explained the situation to them and they filed for a reversal. My bank phoned them and got voice message directing them to leave name number and reason for the call and that they would return the call. Cancelled my debit card and received a new one. Have'nt heard from them since. I am still trying to call but can't seem to ever get thru to them.
Well at least they won't get anymore of my money, It's been over a month and I still haven't received the autoship they sent me.
I'll still keep trying.
