I was charged $5.95 for a product that I never ordered and I would not have know had I not recv'd the item in the mail... So upon recieving the product in the mail... I called the #800 on the invoice that was in the package and I explained to operator that I never ordered their product, nor had I even knew of what the product was... So she then told me to send the product back and that I would recieve my money... I was highly upset, by this and still am because they did not give me my money I returned their product to them on March 31 and they I know the exact date and time because I sent it Priority Mail... These companies should be investigated and shut down for illegally tapping into people's computers and getting personal information and falselly using it to their advantages, it isnt fair its a violation to people and its like we cant do anything about it... Upon investigating my bank statement I found that this company escurves took $28.97 from my account and hoodia 66 (BCC labs) (novapointe) took $99.90 and $5.95 this makes a total of $134.82 ripped off from me without my knowledge and my hands are tied... I keep calling all over the place and being told you'll get your money in a couple of days still nothing... I don't know what to do at this point and I'm tired. I just want to make others aware of this scam and to beware because it can happen to anyone.
