I went with my wife to get our teeth cleaned (we came from Chicago) and it was more than 6 months since we went to a tooth Dr. I chose these "Dudes" and "Dudettes" because the insurance covers appts. There.
MID DECEMBER
I went, Sat in a chair, and got my teeth cleaned nothing happened YET! My wife's turn, she did the same. My wife's teeth weren't straight (they look straight to me she already had braces).
Late December
My kids had their turn today! Hopefully nothing happens. WRONG! Read on for more info. My 11 year old daughter went and got an X-ray. Hygenist sees nothing except for BIG teeth and crowded teeth. My 6 year old Son's turn, Nothing seen.
After their cleaning The doctor looked at their x-rays. Nothing for my daughter. But Oh, look here comes Mr. Cavity in my son's mouth (only one) my wife saw nothing, my daughter saw nothing. We sat in another chair and he touched their teeth. My daughter needed braces, my son needed to get braces when he's older (badly) and a filling.
A week later...
Time for filling a cavity. It hurt him BADLY. Why couldn't they pull out his tooth?
Another week later...
My daughter needed an orthodontic consultation.
The ortho dude looked at her teeth. Crowded teeth, off center mid line. He recommended the silver kind not clear my daughter wanted clear. At least she didn't need another appliance besides a retainer afterwards. They wanted her to start right away. We said no and walked away.

PS: I met another family The brother had a cavity the daughter had nothing. Does Dr. Haaslo have a fetish for girls?
