On may 2nd. I did a search for phentermine and came up with NDA pharmacy. Only to realize I had done business with them before under the name paytrustrx. You'd think with that name all would be ok. LOL
So I placed an order, 1st. I was given a 5 day notice on the shortage issue and then when the confirmation came thru it said 7-10 days. I e mailed them back asking about the difference in time. I never got a response.
Later that day I received a notice that a doctor had approved my order and it would be processd. After 10 BUSINESS days I went back to the site to check on my order and it is still active and the status is the same.
I called the number (i thought was toll-free from work) on hold for 12 mins. Then 10 mins. Then 7 mins. Got disconnected each time. I stopped calling. I checked my bank to see if it was still being held and I was told after three days if the charge doesn't come thru from the co. Then it gets drop'd. Ok good I say since I havent recd. Any goods.
I go back to the site and use the section to ask a question and am assured it will be answered. I get an instant email telling me they have recd. My order and it is being looked at by a doctor. I tried this several times always the same response,
I get a bright idea, ok if there is a shortage in phentermine I'll try something else. After some research I decide I'll try a name brand and see if it gets a better result. At this point I'm still trusting and naive.
I check the order status page one more time and the order I placed on 5/2 is no longer on the screen. So I place my order for the name brand product. This is remember after I wait 10 days. I get a email saying the order was denied u can't take the 2 drugs together. I write them and say I never got the 1st. Order. I asked them to show me anything that says it was ship'd and rec. Hven't heard a PEEP from them. I check my bank bal. And find i'm charged for the 1st. Order. I call the bank and report what has happened and I get my money back my card is cancelled and a new one is issued. OMG, I check my bank bal. This past sat. And find I've been charged for the 2nd order from the cancelled card on the DENIED ORDER. If ur card was once authorized it doesn't matter it will still go thru the account. So, I have placed 2 orders have had my account accessed 2 times but told I'm getting 0 orders. Whew I feel better now. I order other meds off the internet and have never had a problem until this company. I will be checking this and other resources before trying new companies ever again.
