Is a BIG RIPOFF and Their Customer Service is POORLY EDUCATED in Company POLICIES

I had a dream that I could stay at home and be able to spend more time with my family.

It all started February. I thought I found what was going to make my dream come true. I guess it would have, if I was already somewhat financially set.

Now a year and two months later. I am struggling more then ever. Living from paycheck to paycheck and lucky to be able some weeks to pay my bills.

I was told that all I had to do was sign customers up and I would be set for life on RESIDUAL income. How could I lose? I work customer service myself. I am great over the phone, this should be easy.

I was spending more time away from my family and money that I could not afford chasing the money dragon.

Now I decided to cancel everything. I sent my letter in by the 25th of the month. I returned the back-up order I received un-opened. I did everything I was suppose to do, but now I am fighting for my money back.

I was told by their Customer Service Reps. Mark, that once I returned the package that I would get a FULL refund, which by the way was $114.20 that was automatically deducted out of my bank account. So I returned the package.

I called back and then I was told by Stephanie that once they received the package it would take 48 hours for my refund to be processed. I asked, why do I have to wait for a refund check? She told me that they did not have the capability to credit my bank account automatically that it has to be in the form of a check.

So now here I am waiting for my refund check and nothing in the mail yet. They placed it in my account as a credit, even though
my account was CANCELLED on 5/18/06.

I called their Customer Service again and was told by Brittney that no refund has been processed and that I would only get $96.00 back because the additional $18.20 is for UPS service.

I explained to her that I was told that I would get a full refund when I originally called on 5/18/06.

I could tell that Brittney was a new employee and being trained because I could hear a gentleman's voice in the background telling her what to say. I immediatly requested to speak with a supervisor.

I was then transferred to Justin, who was very pleasant and helpful. He told me that he would go back to the other Customer Service Reps. And have a chat with them regarding the WRONG information they are giving out.

He again explained that he could not refund me the $18.20, but he would automatically credit my bank account for the $96.00.

I explained to him that I was told and by whom, I had to wait for a refund check.

Obviously I was given wrong information in the first place.

So I am writing this report to make aware of when they say FULL refund, they mean the portion they want to give.

My advice to people that read this is to be very carefull of the "Wellness Company". The reason people are making money is because they are holding on to the little guys that can barly make ends meet.
