Ripoff Charged card never received orde

I spot an order with this specific organization about the 17th. I never received mail confirmation about my purchase.

I called the organization, which had a registered concept that performs again and again after which hangs up. Nobody actually responded. On thier site they state 24-hour customer support.

I had been billed 18.00 for overnight shipping to get a merchandise that never arrived. I sent from thier site five occasions no body actually responded the emails.

The status page for that purchase continues to be exactly the same to get a week today... It says purchase is lively.
