This scam came to me as an e-mail address and it caused and is causing a royal nightmare for me. They took $99.98 OF MY MONEY! When I reported them to the Bank of America in Los Angeles, California, ultimately I wound up with a poor soul named "Suzanne Thompson" who just listened to me and essentially told me that BofA was going to collude with this defrauding Internet vendor to rip me off. When I called BofA back to ask them for the Federaql Regulation E Form, all they would offer me was a "brochure" — this poor soul named Mike Adame on their customer support line told me the only way I could get the form was by going into my local branch, that the BofA refused to send it to me via the US mail.
Please, if you are an atorrney reading this and are about to sue Metabofuel, CONTACT ME, as I am EAGER to provide ammunition to get this company fried.
Oh, if you phone Metabofuel, one of the most worthless functionaries they have there on the line is Angie — she and her cohorts refuse to let you speak to a supervisor — they even have the gall to tell you they DON'T HAVE MANAGERS!
