Metabofuel Rip-off
I recently got an e-mail from metabofuel stating that I could have a free bottle of their product by paying just the shipping charges of $4.95. I thought "hey what a good deal". Only today I was checking my checking account and learned to my astonishment that metabofuel had charged me $207.85. I was immediately upset and called the number through the website.
I spoke to 3 different representatives, which neither of the three were of any help. They told me that they would make a note and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. I explained to all of them that I had not authorized this charge and I wanted to speak to someone higher in the chain of command. They basically refused my requests, one hung up, and one said there was no one that I could speak to because they had all gone for the day.
Now I dont know about you but I work too hard for my money without having someone just taking it without me giving it to them. I saw all the reports of all the other people who have gotten the same raw deal from this bogus company. I was amazed. I called my bank and they have assured me that all my charges including ISF's if I have any will be refunded and that they are going to do some research on this company and assist me in any way to do something about these scam artists. Dont let this happen to you and if it does do something about it...
