Ripoff, Billed my Credit Card Apr. 12, no indication when package will arrive, no phone pick-up, no message return

Placed an order for cafe on Apr 11, still have not received my order, but charge card was billed and paided on april 12. I do not know the status, no one is answering the phone or returning my phone calls. Cost $125.00
