Ripoff - billed four times. N/A to cancel

I was billed from CCA four times. July. 28 for 199.00. Again for the same amount 9/4,9/11,9/18.

When I called them I was never able to speak to a human. The phone just rang and rang. I tried for about two hours. Nothing. I really want to get my money back. And cancel this card. Can you please help.
