My minor child had ordered this free trail offer from this company on Feb 17 after relizing what she had don (without permission) I quickly within 15 min. Sent 2 e-mails to cancel the order as well as contacted my bank and left 3 voicemails.
Thinking it would be taken care of my account was drafted not once but twice for 1.99 and 97.41 bring the total to 203.78. I have been fighting this through the bank as well as this company.
They have advised there is a no refund policy. Well I want my money back. I think a law suite should be filed and this company be put out of business. Any ideal on how to get my money back would be great.
