On March 7, I sent $19.97 to Health Saver Systems, whose name I got from "Health Magazine", to purchase a medical alert tag. They issued me an ID number of 074330.
The check cleared and was paid on March 20 at HAPO Community Credit Union. I have not received anything, nor any correspondance. I've been ripped off.
