I too was drawn in by PHYSICIAN ZONE.in December I responded to an add in a small West Virginia town paper. I drilled the phone representative with multiple questions... ESPECIALLY THE MONEY BACK GUARENTEE.
I receieved emails from the above email address listing 4 doctors, that is after I waited 3 weeks for a generic dvd.
After waiting 4 weeks on the first 'BATCH' I called Eric repeatedly, getting only the answering machine. Finally, a very rude Mr. Hopkins got back with me and urged me to keep trying so 4 days later I recieved 4 more "SO CALLED DOCTORS". I sent those out and waited another 4 weeks.By now Its the end of January and I am on the verge of loosing my car, and all my bills are behind because I have not recieved the work that was promised along with $420.00 a week.
The next time I called and left a message the return call was like nothing I had every experienced. Eric Hopkins was the nastiest, rudest, most non-professional I had ever dealt with.
He proceeded to yell and scream at me saying that West Virginia were horrible to deal with. He hung up and then called back to berate me further. He told me I was impatient. I had never been talked to in such a way. I then asked for his supervisor to which he replied, "I am the supervisor and there is no one above me." That phone call ended with me in tears.
Several days later I placed another call and just left a message telling him to send another list of 4 physicians and that if was going to have the same attitude to not even bother returning my call. I did recieve another call from him the next day and 4 more physicians. That was in February it is now March 18 and I have yet to have a reply from any "so called physicians" from Physician Zone's list and I am still out my $299.00. And more importantly, I am still struggling to get out of the financial pit that Eric Hopkins and Physician Zone has put me in.
