I also paid $299.00 for the Mediclaims software. When it finally arrived it was in a bubble wrapped envelope with 3 pages of photocopied instructions on how to install it. When I tried to reach Eric Hopkins, I too only got a voicemail box. It usually took 1-2 days for a call back, and everytime I got him to call, he was rude and very short with me. Like I was a bother. I replied to the 1st email I got from them and told them I would like to request a different account manager because Eric made me feel like an inconvenience and because he wasn't helping me.
He called me back and said "I am the only connection you have to these doctors so you might not want to burn your bridges with me!". At that point, I started regretting my decision. I began this process in September and it is now February and I have yet to get any business from the doctors they have provided and I have yet to have any kind of help from Eric. He is always very vague too.
When I asked him questions about the next step in the process, he always said that I needed to do the step I was on 1st and then I could ask about the next one. I have still not received any work and my husband and I are having financial difficulty due to the fact I was promised $420 a week part time and was counting on it.
I would really love to be able to get back the money that I invested into this scam. What I hate is that I am usually skeptical but the woman I spoke to about it in the beginning (who sold me on it) seemed to be so helpful and pleasant. Then, as soon as the program was paid for, she was unreachable and when I did reach her, she was rude. I hope that this report will reach others out there and stop them from making the same mistake I did.
I will never fall for something like this again. And what is the worst part? There are other LEGITIMATE companies out there that actually could help me and thousands of others make money but companies like The Physician Zone ruin it for the good guys.
