I paid $299.00 for the program, had to set up a checking account, and get business licenses, they took forever to send me information about the program after I purchased it.
When I did get the program they said my supervisor was a guy name Eric Hopkins. Well after I got the disk for the program, I called Eric back at this number 1-800-601-9136, well I called him and then I would get his voice message to leave name and phone number and he would call back. This was the only way to get in touch with them.
I got so mad about not getting work, I would e-mail the processor support, and they would say we can't help you only the supervisor could help you. He was so rude and nasty he made me cry. He told me to shut up too. I signed up for the program in August and on Dec 1st 2005 I called Eric to get work with my huusband on the phone... He was so rude to us he said he was taking me out the program.
Well I never received work, so He swindled me out my money, and a waste of my time because i had my phone cut off, my monthly bills were late. Because the money I paid to set this up could have went toward my bills and the time they made me wait hoping to get a job made my hubby have to struggle to pay our bills all by himself.
Please help me to get these people back or help me get my money back.
