Signed up for a 14 day free trial i was supposed to be charged 5.95 for shipping and handlingand that was it. A few days later found a charge for an unauthorized 99.90. I called the number listed on my bank statement. I finally got an answer after 8 times, they hung up on me once. Told me that they would not refund my money. I told them i did not authorize them to use my card and i wanted my money back and they told me there was nothing they could do. I still have not recieved the product they said they sent out. I said well if i recieve it and return it then you will have to refund my money and they said no they wouldn't, i bought it is mine they will just send it back. I told them i would contact the media and better buisness. I asked if they had a privacy policy since they automaticlly signed me up for a fitness program using my bank information i gave them for the trial. They told me no. About two hours later someone from there called me and said he was a manager and asked me if i had called customer service. I then explained everything that happened, he said there was nothing they could do. I then said i got screwed. He then said i guess you did get screwed then. Goodbye and then hung up on me again. They say the calls are monitored but i don't know how they could be and people talk to customers that way. People beware
