After, receiving several calls to purchase a health care plan for a fee of $299 which includes a pre-approved $2500 credit card limit. It sounded too good to be true. But, I needed help and took a chance.
Two days later, while surfing on the internet, I run across a site called Rip-off. There was a complaint on the Rip Off site... About this company. It was disheartening to see, but I thought not too late because my payment had not yet been withdrawn. So, immediately, I called to cancel. I was told that they were taken my money anyway... That there is NOT ANYWAY YOU CAN CANCEL OUT.
Even though they don't have you sign anything, once you are talking to them, they are recording you. They use this to withdraw your money electronically from your bank account, using the recording as THOUGH YOU ARE AUTHORIZING IT!
I visited my bank to explain about the fraud, and was told to pay a stop payment fee of $30. A week later, my bank account was withdrawn anyway the $299. Beneficial Health Group aka Commercial Health Network will STEAL your money, WITH YOUR BANK RELEASING IT!
This company has a pattern, I understand of sending to you months later a request asking for additional money to receive and activate your pre-approved credit card. The health plan part, I don't know what happen with that. Didn't want it. Just wanted my money back.
If you have any more information on this company, such as owner's info please provide it. The State's attorney office has a concern with their practices.
