I recieved a call from Beneficial Health Group claiming that I was approved for an unsecured credit building credit card with a limit of $2000. I was also told I was going to recieve a digital camera and after processing I would recieve everything in 10-15 days.
All that was required was a valid drivers licensce and a checking account. Then I was told that there was a ine time fee of $299 for processing, shipping and such. The money to be with drawn on July 19.
I tried calling the customer service desk, and was told there was no file on me, and that the company deals with Health claims, not credit cards.
Can anyone help me before my account is debited? I have already filed with the FTC and BBB.
