False advertizing and consumer fraud/endangering consumers Ripoff

I have been buying the Unilever brand name Q-Tips for years and even use them to clean my son's tracha tube. On and off throughout the years I have noticed that some Q-tips, especially in the amount I purchases weekly of 625 count, that some of the Q-Tips were messed up as in the cotton was unravaled, cotton was hanging off the tips, cotton was completely missing from one end of the sticks, and worst that some of the cotton was smeared with some type of substance, that to my untrained eye appears to be grease or oil from some type of machine. I simply discarded them and went about my business. Within the last three months I have noticed errors in the sanitary quality and the manufacturing/production of the Q-Tips more so then before. I actually found some type of brownish, and black spots and smears on the Q-Tips cotton, which if left to the imagination and armed with the knowledge that Q-Tip cotton is recycled, paints a very damaging and unhealthy if not INFECTED consumer product, that is advertized as "Sanitary" and "Safe". Some q-tips are even used in hospitals on surgery and other types of patient care. And now I worry that possibly unbeknown to me at the time, used one of these infected Q-Tips on myself and thus is why I suffer chronic sinus infections that the numerious ENT doctors can not seem to cure. Like an idiot I quickly [having been grossed out by the sight of the contaminated with possibly human defecation] Q-Tips threw them out. Fortunately and unfortunately, depending on if you're the consumer or the company I found some more in another box of Q-Tips also in the 625 count, and all purchased in Wal-Mart. Now I scrutinize every single box I buy and have found many more of the same contaminated Q-Tips. So much so that I'm worried about the possible infections running rampant out there and possibly caused by infected Q-Tips.in anger at the implications of what such an unhealthy and contaminated cotton could possibly have caused to myself and others [including my 5 month old son who has since died] prompted me to not discard them as usual and walk away from this problem. So I wrote the parent company of Q-Tips Brand Cotton Tips; UNILEVER, and copied the letter to every single corporate head listed on their website. This included but was not limited to the following person; Gina Papale, who is the claim specialist assigned my complaint. As well as several others who I have on record [somewhere in my files but out of my reach at this moment]located in London, overseas. Ms. Papale called me on the phone and she apologized [I still have her message on the machine] and offered to send me a postage paid label so I could send her all the samples I have in my possession and she would "investigate" my claims. Ms. Papale also offered to send me replacement coupons and free certificates for other products they sell, like the following; DOVE Moisturizing Body Wash, POND'S Face Care Products, VASELINE LIP Therapy and Petroleum Jelly, Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion, ANY SUAVE Products, SUAVE 2/3 BAR Packs, DOVE Beauty BAR, DOVE Anti-Perspirant Deoderant, DOVE Daily Hydrating Cleansing Cloths, ANY DOVE Hair Care Products, ANY DOVE FACE CARE PRODUCTS, and DOVE Intensive Nourishing Lotion. And as promised all these products arrived in my mail, free for my choosing at any store, including SIX [6] FREE boxes of Q-TIPS! Talk about offended, and mad. WHY in GOD'S Name would I want MORE of the SAME, contaminated and possibly INFECTED products from them... Do they think I'm STUPID! Also enclosed was a letter staing that they would gladly cover any medical expenses incurred by me, due to their products, with a simple letter from my doctors stating such, and to send it to them in the prestamped envelope so they could forward it to their insurance company. Which did nothing but further my anger and so I called on a attorney friend of the family [who unfortunately does not deal in consumer fraud and or class-action lawsuits] and he advised that I NOT send them the samples as they requested for fear that the "samples" might "magically disappear" and I would be left hanging without proof, and possibly open myself to a lawsuit from them screaming "deformation" should I go public with this Contaminated Q-Tip case. So I did not send them the samples which I still have isolated and controlled, and have NOT used any of their currently worthless products they sent me coupons for. I do NOT need products, I need health care and a GREAT class-action lawyer to help me right this wrong. Can anyone help me? Thank you for your time.
