This company also makes cotton swabs for Dollar General Market under the DG label. I have had lightening strike twice when buying these store brand knock-offs for Q-tips. The first was the DG brand there was a small piece of pubic hair embedded inside the cotton. Now this time there was a long piece of hair embedded and coiled completely around the cotton swab tip. I am very disgusted because when you call the customer service you get a really snobby sounding Asian lady that answers and she tells you she will send a replacement but then you never receive it.
There is a man over the company Brian Choi and he takes months to respond to you. He is not very friendly at all and very hard to deal with. Obviously this company is not competent at making products for health and beauty aids. These items are made in a Chinese factory and I am guessing there are no hair nets worn. I am very disgusted and will never buy cotton swabs from China again. I believe they make almost all of the store brand cotton swabs. I am sticking strictly to name brand Q-tips from here on out!
