Ripoff Unwilling to satisfy custome

I order the Epil Stop and Spray on March 8. On the same day I lost my Job and decided to be safe and cancel my order. I called one of the 1-800 numbers that afternoon to cancel.
The representative I spoke to told me it wasn't in their computer yet that I would have to wait until Monday. Fine I called back and still I wasn't in the computer. Call back in a couple of days.
Fine I did. Still nothing by Thursday. Call back in a couple of days again. I called again on Saturday.
This time I was a little upset so the representative said, " I will do this for you. I will E-mail the operations department and give them all the information to get it cancelled." As she is telling me what was going to be put on the screen she is typing and telling me she is putting it into the computer.
I start feeling better. She tells me to call by the following week to make sure everything is alright.
On March 20th I call the 1-888-212-8074 to make sure everything went through and was cancelled. The woman tells me she is sorry and that there aren't any orders under my name, number, card number, or address in the system. And since that the order was placed two weeks ago and nothing was there not to worry. Everything is fine and credit my account the money.
So, I did and paid overdue bills. On April 1 I had a gut instinct telling me to e-mail the customer service at [email protected] and the customer service at Igia. I get a return reply of there is nothing in our systems with any of the information you gave us.
Today on April 4 I get a overdraw notice from my bank for the $80.81. And because I didn't have enough money I ended up with a bank fee on top of that.
Believe me I was mad. I called my bank to find out what went wrong. When they told me I started looking on the internet for a 1-800 number to get a hold of someone. I dailed three 1-800 numbers which turned out to be distribution centers. One center gave me the 1-888-212-8074 number.
I called and spoke with a kind woman who told me my order was indeed in the system and the product was shipped out on March 29. I was upset to say the least. I told her what has been done. She understood and told me how to return the product. And since the company did a terrible wrong the company would pay my shipping and handling along with my bank overdrawn fee. I was pleased as punch that the company would go to that length to satisfy the customer.
She gave me another number. 1-800-716-8667. I called and the woman I spoke to couldn't help me so she gave me the direct number to the corporate office. 1-212-967-6917. Now mind you. From where I live it is a long distance call. And I know I am going to have to pay for it.
I figure I could do that, heh, I was going to get my money back for the trouble they caused with this whole thing. Do you think it happened that way? NOT!
I call and get told I am sorry we can't help you. All you can do is send the product back for the refund on the product. And because there aren't any records of you calling (how convienent, right?) or sending emails we can't give you your shipping and handling. Or help you with the overdrawn fee we caused on the account. We just don't have the proof that any of this took place.
But we can give you a $10.00 gift certificate towards another product of your choice. I wouldn't take it. The certificate doesn't even come close to the $50.00 fee I have to pay for because of there neglegence.
So, now I am in debt for a bank bill I can't even pay. I have to take the money that goes to feeding my children for a week and pay this.
Believe me with this experience. Never order of the tv. Wait until the product hits the store.
