Atkins Diet and Low-Carbohydrate Weight-Loss Support ripoff dishonest fraudulent charge on checking account

I purchased a 6-month membership for $15.00 on 12/23/05. I had to give them my bank account number through the website and used PayPal. I requested a refund of $15.00, they deceived me by telling me that they already refunded me three times but failed to give me a reference number which the bank told me I had to have.
