This company sent extra products we did not order and billed us for them. They not only refused to take the product back, but after emailing them every day for a week about how we did not want this extra product, they sent the product again. They billed us for it a second time also.
This company has had 16 complaints with the BBB as of this writing. The also keep calling our house with harrasing phone calls after we have asked them to put us on their "do not call list". Valerie Hawk Hoffman answers the phone and acts like she is someone else so she doesn't have to talk about the problems.
Valerie Hawk Hoffman was very rude while trying to straighten out the problem. She refused to help. When we disputed the charge for the extra product on our credit card, we were told we would be sorry. The next day someone enrolled us in all kinds of travel insurance and things like that on our card. The card number was also used to buy gas at a shell station 1000 miles from our home.
