Rip off health ins not paying dr's bill like said tempe

I turned the dr bill after dr could not reach them in aug i still have not heard nothing to this day 11/15/05 and i have made so many attempts and faxes and talked to rick, judy and amber. Now i have left mess to ceo of co. They will not return my calls
