I signed up over the phone with this company who was going to provide me and my family with medical coverage. They took the money out of my bank then immeadiatly started giving me the run around as to why I had not received my membership packet. They first blamed the hurricane, then the storms in Florida for why they were not able to send the info to me. I have called them over 50 times in the last 2 months and still have not spoke to a live person. They have left me 4 messages with a different excuse every time. Once was that he was on vacation and the next was he had strep throat! The last message was that they would refund my money and that was 2 weeks ago.
