Smart Healthcare Solution aka Team Benefits has to be one of the boldest if not dishonest outfits working out of Arizona but then again, Arizona is the number 1 State for Identity Theft!
Here's my story: We signed up in Aug with benefits slated to start on 1 Sept. Get this, we were essentially enrolled and disenrolled the same day?
Get's better. This company, states through their agents that they are about saving the consumer money on office visits, prescription drugs etc.
To date: My wife, children and I have had a total of 5 visits and have been required to PAY THE FULL AMOUNT ON ALL VISITS, FURTHERMORE, THEIR WERE NO SAVINGS ON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. The little discount card they send in the mail. Isn't accepted by any pharmacies!
You can never get a straight answer from customer service. If you can get them on the phone at all.
Their voice mailbox is always full. Ummmmmm!
The NEVER return phone calls.
Providers offices are NEVER CALLED BACK ON CLAIMS QUESTIONS!!!
There is some "story" floating around that all new customers were terminated on 1 Sept because of funds never paid. Apparently someone in the Company took off with the money.
Bottom line: Stay away, Tempe Police, if you monitor this site this joint needs to be raided before the shredding party begins.
Absolutely the worst. Stay way, no run from Smart Healthcare Solutions.
