Ultrapm ripoff, for over $100.00 when I didn't even authorize it & wasn't benefiting from product. Then they tried to get $ 24.00 fee for membership I surely didn't want

The co said i was customer since aug & when i look back i see they have been debiting our account for over $150.00, and i called to see if i could cancell or return product. They said no (in other words, they don't stand behind their product), i wonder why. Our account was already having some major problems, but when co's like these take advantage, it is sick! The internet is a vulnerable place, just waiting for "busy" people, who will get "ripped off", and have nothing to fall back on. What comes around though, "goes around". Mark my words! You can't run a company on these tactics. I challenge mr. David johns to contact me & do the right thing. Sincerely, patti p
