I received the toothbrush in september and it didnt work. I called into their customer service and got an rma to send it back. I sent it back and waited for a refund. It is now March and all they have said was "It is in the mail". I have called them over 10 times and sent numerous emails. This is a scam and a fraud. They are taking advantage of us!!! I am going to call them 1 more time and if i donot get satistfaction, I am going to talk to my lawyer about starting a class action law suit to end these scams. Anyone who is interested in making things right and making these people pay need to start by reporting them to the better business bureau, then report them to the state attorneys office in california. I will be in touch if there are any changes in my account.
