I placed an order and afer a week of waiting for my order to be proccessed I cancelled my order and was sent an e-mail stating that my order had been canceled but my credit card would be billed a non-refundable $19.95 under the name of card33. (but when I placed the order It was stated that the first 30 days of my membership to card33. Would be free) 19.95 isn't free where I come from. But now I can not get replys to my e-mails or to talk to a person on the phone. HELP!
